Desde su inicio, el Moses Mesoamerican Archive and Research Project (MMARP) ha apoyado y generado una amplia variedad de publicaciones académicas surgidas de sus conferencias, proyectos de investigación colaborativa e iniciativas archivísticas. Estas obras han contribuido de manera significativa al estudio de las religiones mesoamericanas, la arqueología, la historia cultural y la interpretación de manuscritos indígenas y tradiciones rituales.
